Typically when there is a beach view, one side of your home will have this view. Try to arrange furniture in these rooms so that you and your guests can enjoy the view of the beach. If the living room faces the beach, then arrange this furniture so guests can easily see the ocean’s blue waters. If the guest room faces the beach then place the bed so guests will quickly see the ocean as they rise in the morning. Thinking creatively will help you place furniture in each room properly.

Those with a beach view are most likely to be eager to share it. By being a gracious host or hostess you can easily share this lovely view. Guests will be pleased to see the view of the beach.
