One of the benefits of living with a view of the beach is that you are close enough to enjoy the beach. People can participate in water sports or simply sun themselves by the waterfront. It is so relaxing to come home and go to the beach for a short visit. Having the beach close by means most will be tempted to go more often. They can truly enjoy everything the beach has to offer.
